The submission process has been revamped! If you've never submitted a fanwork to Aishiteru before, don't worry about it.

If you have, you should notice quite a few differences.

There are 4 major differences!

Old submissions:

• No login required.
• Cookies are not used.
• Cannot change your profile (i.e. pen name, email) - unless you asked me to do it for you.
• Cannot change fanfic information (i.e. title, synopsis, ...) - unless you asked me to do it for you.

New submissions:

• Login is required.
• You MUST have cookies enabled. I use cookies to verify that a user is logged in.
• Can change your profile (i.e. pen name, email) - whenever you want!
• Can change fanfic information (i.e. title, synopsis, ...) - whenever you want!

If you have never submitted to Aishiteru before: You don't have one.

You will need to Register. It's easy! All you need is an email address.

If you have submitted something to Aishiteru in the past:

Your username is your email address. (Example - joedoe@emailprovider.com) When you submitted your fanwork in the past, you also submitted an email address at the same time - I hope. That email address is what you will use to login.

You have been assigned a password. To get your password, go to Lost Password. Your password will be emailed to you.

Some people submitted more than one email address with their fanworks. If you gave me more than one email address, I arbitrarily picked one of your email addresses to be your username and deleted the other one. To find out which email address I picked, go find your fanfic/songfic/fanart/... on Aishiteru. The email address listed with your fanfic/songfic/fanart/... is the email address you will use to login.

Your email address is listed next to your fanfic/songfic/fanart/... unless you asked me NOT to post your email address. In that case, email me to find out which email address you need to use to login.

I've given the authors/artists more power to be able to change things. Every week, I'd emails from people saying that they've changed their email address and could I please change it on Aishiteru, too? That gets old fast - especially when I'm busy and don't have the time to do it... With this new system, I'll be able to spend less time maintaining the website - AND the changes will take place much faster!
